  • Overview

American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add dishwashers to our shipboard team as we gear up for the busiest part of our operating season on America’s rivers. Our shipboard team supports a fleet of ships sailing through various different itineraries across the nation from contemporary riverboats to paddlewheel queens for a steamboat experience. We are seeking candidates who are interested in entry-level employment in the hospitality and tourism industries.

Our ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and is a team player. If you are someone who is committed to great guest satisfaction in a fast paced, high energy, and fun environment then we would love for you to join our team.

Operating a luxury cruise line, requires the perfect sanitation of the kitchen and all cutlery, glassware, and dishes. It is essential that the dishwashing station and the kitchen are both maintained in a pristine and safe manner. A typical day within this role includes operating a commercial dishwasher, washing pots and pans, and cleaning the kitchen alongside our team of chefs.
