Due to the continued growth and new ships being launched, American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is seeking several Assistant Hotel Managers to join our team. Assistant Hotel Managers are one of the senior leaders aboard the ship with a responsibility for all aspects of the operation and guest service. Managers are involved in overseeing housekeeping, food and beverage, and shore excursions and entertainment. They are also responsible for handling guest requests with precision and care to create a personalized and memorable experience for each one. It will be up to the manager to supervise processes that maintain the company brand for quality, service, and teamwork, along with ensuring that all policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed.

To make sure that you are supported onboard, we have a network of company operations and logistics personnel throughout the country. What makes our company different from other cruise lines is that we have a fleet of 10 ships, operating in 30 states from Florida to Alaska. Ship styles range from the most contemporary riverboats to the paddlewheel queens that have the look of a steamboat. With brand new ships launching this year, we would love for you to join our growing team today!
