As a Hotel and Dining Manager with American Cruise Lines, your primary duty is to lead our shipboard crew in order to provide the highest level of personalized culinary service. This is a very “hands-on” leadership position, in which you will have the responsibility of coaching, training, and supervising both our restaurant and housekeeping crew members.
In this guest facing role, your top priority will be to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a led by example management style. This position is perfect for someone familiar with managing large scale events, including the banquet style restaurant service we offer. We look for people with a great floor presence who can also anticipate our guest’s needs.
