Our U.S. flag ships are state-of-the art designed for safe operation and five-star service to 100-200 guests.    Qualified Member of the Engineering Department - Junior Shipboard Mechanic is the onboard crewmember responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of all vessel machinery, equipment, and systems.. Machinery, equipment, and systems include:  pumps, motors, engines, electrical, plumbing, watermakers, marine safety devices, elevators, electronics, launches, rescue craft, and other equipment. QMEDs-ERAs perform liquid load transfers, watering, refueling, and used oil disposal, QMEDs-ERAs report to the Mate for daily vessel operations and maintenance.  QMEDs-ERAs are supported by Regional Engineers for troubleshooting, technical assistance, and repairs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take charge in performing the initial troubleshooting of problems, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating vessel repairs. The Engine Room Attendant will also be accountable for overseeing day to day technical and maintenance issues pertaining to our ships.

As a Dishwasher, you will provide general kitchen and bakery support by washing dishes, cleaning, and providing assistance wherever is needed within our culinary team. Our ideal candidate for this crew member role has a can-do attitude and is a team player.   Main responsibilities within this role requires the perfect sanitation of the kitchen and all cutlery, glassware, and dishes. Overall Dining Room guest satisfaction is each Restaurant Manager’s responsibility and a critical measure of success. The RM determines training needs and implements the daily training plan. The RM is expected to provide gracious hospitality to the guests while being safe, courteous, professional, and efficient.   The Dining Room Manager reports to the Hotel Manager.

Ashore, the Cruise & Excursions Director engages guests in each destination through a series of shoreside excursions, explorations and adventures while managing all shore excursions and transfer operations, external vendor/operator communications, premium excursion upselling and inventory management. This role has the highest level of guest interaction and can be very demanding, with long hours. The role requires an energetic and creative person with extraordinarily polished presentation skills, a collaborative team spirit and a passion for guest satisfaction.
